I will promote friendship based on mutual respect and a sense of personal well being. I will treat others with honor and respect because each of us is equally valuable and unique. I will keep information about my Friends at Friendship Circle confidential at all times to comply with the federal HIPAA Privacy Rule. Once I commit to Friends@Home, Birthday Circle, Friends with Pens or an event, I agree to attend and give it my best effort! In the event that I am unable to be at the program when scheduled, I will communicate in a timely manner with the Friendship Circle Staff. I will represent Friendship Circle to the best of my abilities. If someone gets hurt or some other detrimental incident occurs while I am at a Friendship Circle program, I will report the occurrence to The Friendship Circle Staff as soon as possible. I agree to abide by all additional rules, pertinent to a specific Friends@home, Birthday Circle or event. I understand that this local Friendship Circle is independently owned, operated and controlled. I release the Friendship Circle and its employees, directors, officers, and volunteers as well as its affiliates and all other organizations associated with Friendship Circle from any and all claims or liability arising out of this participation.
